THE ANSWER: I hired Sam Jones to photograph Gerard Butler. I worked with Image Locations in LA to find the perfect location, the Rampart Community Police Station. I also hired Neil Rodgers to style. I worked closely with Gerard's publicist to secure photographer approval.
