THE ASK: February 2015 marked the 40th anniversary of Saturday Night Live and Gotham Magazine wanted to celebrate their extraordinary history by shooting a cover with the current class of SNL-ers.
THE ANSWER: To celebrate the landmark show's mega milestone and the 40th anniversary special airing on February 15, Gotham sat down with the current class of SNL-ers to talk legacy, comedy, New York, and favorite SNL moments. I hired photographer Robert Ascroft and worked with the videographer on the BTS coverage. I scouted and negotiated fees for the location: JOE'S PUB. I then hired stylist Cannon and set stylist Sergio Esteves.
